What are the maximum imprint sizes?
Our maximum imprint size is 12”x17” for hand and golf towels and 25“x50” for
beach towels and blankets.
How much are set ups for imprinting/embroidery?
On items 11”x42” or smaller $42.35(w) Items 24”x42” or larger are $98.82(w) for printing.
For embroidery, digitizing fee is $125.00(w).
How many printed colors are included in the pricing listed?
All quantities include one color.
Do golf towels come standard with hook & grommet?
No, they are add-on options and incur additional charges. Items in catalog and on website may be shown with finishing options.
What is the difference between a Transfer (T-Print) and Screen Print?
Traditional screen printing utilizes ink that is applied directly to our towels. We take 30 years of expertise to give you a finished product that has the softest “hand” and ink absorption by utilizing the blend of technology and manufacturing our own inks.
T-Print or Transfer printing is a two-step process that provides a crisp and clean logo. It is used on decorating on a dark colored towel with multiple or lighter colors of ink. We direct print the logo onto a specially treated paper and through a controlled heating process transfer the image directly onto the towel. We do not offer T-Print on beach towels because the feel of the imprint is not desirable when used as a beach towel.
Why can’t I print white ink on a colored beach towel?
To do so a special ink must be used which results in a rough feel therefore we do not recommend. We do not offer T-Print on colored beach towels because of size limitations and also the feel of the imprint would not be desirable.
What is Prolucent printing?
Prolucent printing is a special process that gives an opalescent appearance by allowing the color of the towel to show through. It is recommended on darker colored towels.
What is Color on Color printing?
Color on color printing is a process in which a darker shade of ink is chosen to contrast with the towel being imprinted on.
Is there are charge for PMS matching?
We make every effort to match your PMS ink specifications without adding an extra charge.
We manufacture our own ink to match your PMS specifications for every order.
What is the lead time on Custom Jacquard Woven towels?
8 – 10 weeks
What is the maximum number of colors for Custom Jacquard Woven towels?
Traditionally two colors is the maximum for jacquard woven towels. In some cases, more colors can be used if artwork follows acceptable weaving guidelines. Please submit artwork to be reviewed.
Is the Towel n’ Tote really only $6.32(r) for printing?
No, you add that cost to any white terry velour beach towel.
Why can you print on your BT-22 loop and not on your BT-21 loop beach towel?
The BT-22 is a double loop terry towel with a softer finish than the BT-21 single terry loop towel therefore it is more favorable to print on.
